Christmas styling with LSA International

Tis the season for Christmas styling! LSA International recently got in touch about partnering on a festive styling post featuring an item from the new Tatra collection. I jumped to the chance as i’ve always loved their homeware items and I love the intricate detailing on the wood of this new collection which was actually 2018 iF Design Award winner.
Tatra is inspired by folk traditions of woodworking so each product with wood is adorned with beautiful intricate angular detailing. The glass also has the same angular pattern, which has a very luxurious feel without being over the top.
There is a lot to choose from in the collection; from tumblers, cake stands, champagne flutes to vases but I decided that I wanted to style the glass dome with an the ash base.
Christmas is always my favourite time of year for hosting and I always looking to new ways to present food and drinks to my guests. I was immediately drawn to this dome as I can already think of how functional it’s going to be during the festive season, from serving cheese to storing fresh mince pies. It’s a statement piece on it’s own, so I decided to keep things simple with the styling - adding a couple of touches of colour for that Christmassy feeling and added warmth.
