Design time pieces by London based studio Cate & Nelson
Ad in collaboration with Cate & Nelson. All words and thoughts my own.
It's been a while since I've done an actual blog post because work and moving house has kept me incredibly busy these past few months. And lets face it, i'm very computer illiterate so it takes me about three times as long as anyone else to create posts.
But for my new post, I wanted to introduce you all to design Studio Cate & Nelson. In recent years, i've had a fair few watches all of which I have worn for a while but gotten bored of really quickly (hello apple watch). So when the London-based design studio launched their new range of watches and got in touch about collaborating, I jumped to the chance!
Back in April, the design studio launched a range of unisex watches that are inspired by the clocks in the Stockholm metro. Their design is perfectly elegant, functional and Scandinavian inspired. Receiving the watch, I was immediately drawn into the quality of the leather which is Swedish leather from the Tärnsjö tannery which prides itself of it's sustainability.
It's definitely the perfect mix of design and functionality, the issue that I now have is that I want one in each colour to match different outfits. They retail at only €159 too, so it's definitely an affordable piece of elegant design that I would recommend to anyone looking for a Scandi inspired watch.
